BDaniel, please let me know if you get a response from Parallels. I too am seeking an update on this topic. My company runs several Macs all with Parallels. However, we don't see the value in upgrading to V9 just to run Mavericks. We do intend to upgrade to Mavericks when it becomes available. If you have advice on other options, please let me know. Thanks.
