is there a command to mount/extract files from a Windows disk image under Macosx?
    or to check disk integrity?

    Thanks

Please check out Browse Virtual Hard Disks in Mac OS X section in Parallels Desktop User's Guide.

    /Applications/Parallels\ Desktop.app/Contents/Applications/Parallels\ Mounter.app/Contents/MacOS/Parallels\ Mounter <path_to_hdd_bundle>

What do you need command line for ?

kind of related to here http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?292221-Removing-snapshot-stalls

the above cli is gui-conditioned. not working in pure ssh and if gui is stalled/blocked/unresponsive, does nothing

Mount operation can't help with snapshots issue. I asked for problem report ID in "Removing snapshot stalls" thread.
