Paralells Broke - Cannot get to menus

So I turned on crystal mode and now I have no ability to access the parallels menu from the dock and the icon disappears at the top every time I click it. Called parallels and since i cannot request a support ticket number from paralels because I cannot access the menu then I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Need to find a fix and hopefully I can since I need to be able to access parallels to do my invoicing.

 

Nevermind. Fixed it.

apple>restart but do not let the computer restart. Menu appears when in the restart mode and then you can get into the menus.
