Install CD program with both Mac and Win Versions

Hi,

I'm having a problem where CD's with both versions of programs for Win and Mac are initially only recognizing my Parallels Windows and not seeing my Mac unless I put Parallels in pause mode. Is there a workaround?

From the Devices menu, choose CD/DVD ROM and then Disconnect. You'll have to reconnect later the same way to use the drive in the virtual machine.

The DVD can't be controlled by both the host and the guest at the same time -- they can't share cooperatively, so they would only fight if allowed to.
