    hi there,
i am running parallels desktop 9 on mac and trying to install abacus. The software needs microsoft c++ 2005 and 2008 packages to work. Whenever it says the c++ is missing i click install and it shows and error that microsoft c++ couldn't be installed. I have tried installing c++ manually also by downloading them from microsoft's website and it still doesn't work. can you guys help as i am an engineering student and i need abaqus to do my assignments.
