hi there, i am running parallels desktop 9 on mac and trying to install abacus. The software needs microsoft c++ 2005 and 2008 packages to work. Whenever it says the c++ is missing i click install and it shows and error that microsoft c++ couldn't be installed. I have tried installing c++ manually also by downloading them from microsoft's website and it still doesn't work. can you guys help as i am an engineering student and i need abaqus to do my assignments.
Hi EhtishamA, This seems to be an issue within the Windows operating system. Please follow the link below and run the Microsoft Fix It application: http://support.microsoft.com/mats/program_install_and_uninstall/en Thanks, Looran
