I have my Parallels VM's in a folder in my home directory...I'm not using the default location in "Documents." When I try and delete the default "Parallels" folder in documents (empty, by the way) it keeps re-appearing. I am assuming that Parallels re-creates that directory by default each time I start the application.
Is there any way to permanently delete the folder?

    Hi Everyone,

After you have moved the .pvm file from the Documents/Parallels folder, follow the steps below:

    1. Start Parallels Desktop, do not start your VM.
    2. Go to Parallels Desktop menu=>Preferences=>General=>Change Virtual Machine folder to the path where your VM is located.
    3. Delete the Parallels folder from Documents.

Note: Parallels folder would not reappear again and also all future Virtual Machines would be created in the folder you have selected on step 2.

    Thanks,
    Looran
