iMac 2.7 Ghz i5 8 GB - OS X 10.9.2 Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac Windows 7 Home Premium x64 HP Photosmart D7160 I'm using an HP D7160 printer, installation and setup worked just fine and it prints like a charm from notepad, internet explorer etc.. But whenever I attempt to print from a specific software (Maestro Crew Scheduler by Boeing) the printer will feed a sheet of paper from the tray into the printer but then it stops, 3-4 minutes pass, then the printer display shows "printing cancelled" and feeds the paper out blank. Additional info: The software itself has no printer settings, it automatically uses Windows default printer. All settings in parallels/windows seem fine and like I said, it prints like normal from any other windows software running in the virtual windows 7 machine. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Never mind, I was just missing Parallels Tools. Worked right away when I set it to print directly thru MAC (Coherence), instead of having the printer installed in win7.
