How do I get a Windows VM folder to show in my Mac Finder sidebar?

Until recently I had one of my Windows documents folders showing in the sidebar of my Mac Finder window, which enabled me to drag a file from a Mac folder into it and copy it into that Windows folder.

I've had some problems with Parallels lately, and solving them involved doing some tinkering with my settings. Today I've just realised that this Windows folder is no longer in my finder sidebar. It could have gone as a result of the tinkering, or it could have gone for some other unknown reason. I'm not sure when it went either; I only realised it was missing today.

Can anyone advise me how I can get the folder back into my Finder sidebar please? I must have done it once before to get it there in the first place, but I'm damned if I can remember how I did it...

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Billymac231,

Please reinstall Parallels Tools following steps from this article: http://kb.parallels.com/4841

Also, please check if you have enabled mounting of Windos Virtual disk on Mac from Virtual Machine menu (http://kb.parallels.com/117287) => Options =>Sharing.

    Thanks,
    Looran
