I'm using the configuration below. Despite of the following configuration, including the ports forwarded, I'm still getting a black screen on my iPad Mini Retina when connected to my Windows 8.1 PC using Paralles Access. 1. On iPad Mini Retina, Paralles Access Version 1.1.0(23346) 2. On PC Windows 8.1 Paralles Access Version 1.1.0(23354) 3. Home Router Linksys EA4500 Port Forwarding(both TCP and UDP) 443, 19294, 19295, 19302 Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Thank you in advance.

Download is available from https://account.parallels.com/#/profile Kindly update Parallels Access on your iPad and Windows 8.1 PC to the latest build and let us know if the issue still persists. In order to install the available updates: 1. Please go to App Store on your iPad - Updates - and install the update. 2. Click on the Access agent on your Windows PC and select Check for updates.
