I am connected to the network network 2 how do i connect to my home wifi when it is not available in the list and the ethernet does not work
Do you have parallels tools installed? Shared network should let you connect your VM to the internet. Mike
I am getting an error updating parallel tools at around 80% choosing shared connects me to something called Network which is not from any routers around me.
Shared networking will give you the internal IP that parallels uses to then bridge you to the outside world, but it resides on a totally different IP schema, therefore you get the generic "network" name from windows. Have your tried Bridge Network, Default Adapter or Ethernet?
Yeah i tried those the name changes from network to network 2 i tried reinstalling windows and it still happens
