I've written an ms access 2003 application for a user and then found out he is using mac mini. I know nothing about apple/mac. Always worked on PC's. So I researched and found that Parallels can run Access/windows on a mac. I need to know what version of Parrallels I need to buy to run access 2003 on windows 7 or windows xp. Also, my application uses alot of access vba. Is the parallels vm machine a complete windows environment with ms office pro, or are there limitations that I need to be aware of. Thanks for any help you can provide. I don't want to buy parallels and then find out it won't do the job.
Hello thehare, Virtual machine is the same as a regular PC. So you may use any application or external device as you want with the virtual machine. I think the best way to get experience with us is to try our product. You may download a trial version of Parallels Desktop here: http://download.parallels.com/desktop/v9/update2.hotfix2/ParallelsDesktop-9.0.24237.1028877.dmg http://kb.parallels.com/en/116989 In short words - the app should work just fine.
