I am running Ubuntu Linux 14.04 64 bit and the maximum resolution is 800x600 when I have a 1920x1080 monitor. Either I have a little box on my screen or I have an ugly stretched full screen. Is there anyway to make the resolution higher then 800x600? (which is the only one I can select) This happens to other people but when I searched I only got stuff from people using VMWare and other applications.
I have 32MB right now, i'll tell you if it works Nope, doesn't work. Slid it to 1GB (I have 1GB on my mac)
I am having the same issue as the original poster. When reinstalling parallels tools, It is encountering an error and not letting me proceed. In addition to the 800x600, it is also extremely choppy performance. Would you like me to post the log files? If so, how would I do so..
