Choppy and laggy windows in coherence mode PD10/OSX Yosemite *YOUTUBE VIDEO*

I'm having an issue with my windows applications being very laggy when I drag them around in coherence mode. The youtube video explains it all. Watch my "windows explorer" window move choppy while my OS X Safari window moves smoothly.

Settings:
CPU: 2 / 4gb
Video: 512mb
Boot Order: 1st Hard Disk 1
Performance: Faster virtual machine. Adaptive hypervisor / Tune windows for speed are checked

That's simply blazing compared to my experience with Coherence in Yosemite. I can't even run it, it's very very slow. In Windowed mode it's pretty close to unusable as well.
