Would I be able to have both Parallels and Fusion on my laptop at the same time. Not needing to run both at same time, just there to try. I want to see if I can make Fusion work with the Apple Modem

I have both installed. Parallels will kill Fusion regularly when Parallels starts up.

They were supposed to fix that "in the earliest release".

    What a joke!

At least for me, 2.5 didn't have this problem. Oh Dennis how I miss my 2.5!!!!

    Hello dkp and Stevamundo,

This bug was introduced in first 3.0 release (build 4128) and was fixed in subsequent 3.0 update (build 4560). It was kernel panic in Parallels hypervisor during VMware VMM startup on 64-bit CPU.

Do still expirience it? Could you report the details please - test case and panic log?
