Dual monitor setup; OSX and Windows both full-screen?

I am moving from separate Windows and Mac systems to a single new Mac Mini. I use dual-monitors and wondered generally how good Parallels support is for multiple displays?

More specifically, it would be really cool if I could run Parallels-Windows full-screen in one monitor, and OSX full-screen in the other, almost like they are two separate PCs. Is something like this possible?

Yes, it is possible. I am using same way on my Air. internal screen for OS X and external 22" for Win XP or 7

So, if I have Parallels installed on my mid-2012 Macbook Pro w/Retina (2.3 quad-core i7, 8GB RAM), I would be able to display it on my late-2013 27" iMac (3.5 quad-core i7, 32GB RAM) along with keeping the real-estate on the Macbook Pro?

I am not following. I am wondering if I can install Parallels on my Macbook Pro and then via a Thunderbolt connection to my iMac (Target Screen Display) run Parallels in the extended 27 inch space?

If you can connect your iMac to Pro in display mode(I just don't know if you can make so) then you can use extended space for PD
