I run a live product demo via GoToMeeting once a week, and during the more processor-intense portions, my mouse becomes extremely jumpy and erratic, making it impossible to focus on specific areas or use dropdown menus. Have tried both a wired and wireless mouse with no improvement. It became so bad last week, I had to end the demo prematurely with 40+ prospective buyers in the room after losing all control of the mouse. Not a good look. On a brand new iMac running Windows 7. Have allocated the max amount of CPU and memory to Windows. Have always used Full Screen mode. Any suggestions?
