Stay away from 10.7.3 for now, or use the combo update instead of software update. There are a series of reported issues with it on real machines: http://www.macrumors.com/2012/02/02...ues-fixable-in-many-cases-with-combo-version/
Thanks, but I'm really looking for Parallels-specific reports. I've already updated to 10.7.3 on a Mac without Parallels and it works fine. I just want to be sure 10.7.3 doesn't break Parallels in any way, because I can't afford downtime on my other Mac (where I run PD7). Thanks again
No Problems well I updated my MBP 15" to 10.7.3 Combo and have not had any issues with Parallels. I have run my win server 2008r2, windows 7, Debian and a CentOS without any issues. The other OSX side of things appear to be a little more snappier. frank
my macbook freezes for about half a minute when starting parallels. after that everything works fine.
Potential Problem with Two Interfaces? I may have encountered a problem. I use both Ethernet interfaces on my Mac Pro. Each connects to a different network. Prior to 10.7.3 I had my Win7 x64 instance running under Parallels 7 and using a specific interface that was NOT that default (top) physical interface under MacOS. After the upgrade, it does not work. If I move the interface that I want to the top position in MacOS, then my VM can access it just fine. But if I move it back down then even selecting it specifically in the P7 config for that VM does not allow me to access the network in question. I'm checking with our network folks to see if there might be a coincidental change or problem on their end. I'm going to continue fidding with it to make sure I have not made a mistake and to better define the problem.
I updated a Mac Pro to 10.7.3 with three monitors (both GT 120 and ATI Radeon 5870) and Coherence mode no longer works. Tried rebooting and same problem. :-(
I have some graphical issues with playing World of tanks after update. I had it before too, but it has been solved with an update from parallels. So I recon I have to wait for an update here too...
This thread is specific to OS X 10.7.3, there's no reason to post in here now, it will only get buried and forgotten.
