I just bought PD 10 (upgrade key), but I cannot complete the activation of the software!!!!!

    Hi,

    I need help!!!

    My parallels account is DarkStone@163.com

    I bought PD 8 and PD 9 before, I can see them in
    https://desktop.parallels.com/#/licenses

    So I just bought PD 10 (upgrade key) and downloaded PD 10.1.1-28614.dmg, and installed it.
    But on the activation page of the software, I'm stucked!!

    I entered the PD 10 (upgrade) key, it says valid.
    Then I entered the PD 9 (full) key, it doesn't say it's valid or not.
    Then I entered the PD 8 (full) key, it still doesn't say it valid or not.
    The [Activate] button on the bottom right corner is disabled, no matter how I try.

    Some one please help, if you want the receipts for my PD 8 / PD 9, I can provide them to you!

    Looking forward to see official replies!!!
