Error 41300 on conversion from Fusion 7.1 to Parallels 10

Hi, I tried to convert a Fusion 7.1 Windows 8.1 Pro vm, but Parallels give the error 41300. I tried also to use prl_convert, but don't work. The error is:

objc[2951]: Class DeallocHook is implemented in both /Applications/Parallels Desktop.app/Contents/Frameworks/ParallelsVirtualizationSDK.framework/Versions/5/libprl_sdk.5.dylib and /Applications/Parallels Desktop.app/Contents/MacOS/prl_convert. One of the two will be used. Which one is undefined.

I received the same error....anyone have insight how to correct. In my case uninstalled Parallels and reinstalled..then I got this message when trying to run prl_disk_tool.

 

hi, the parallel helpdesk conncted to my Mac. After some troubles, the solution was to put the virtual disc controller to SCSI.
