Problem with sound device after installing of Access update

After update I now get "Unable to connect Sound 0." Attached is the screen grab for the rest of message. Sound plays fine in Mac VM but no sound in Windows 7. Thinking I should re-installs tools? Any help appreciated.

Yes, please (re)install Parallels Tools as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/4841 and check how it works!
Also make sure you have the updated version of Parallels Desktop, please refer the KB article http://kb.parallels.com/111603 for more details.
