I have ML 10.8.3 with Parallels 8. I normally use a vm attached to Windows 8 boot camp along with a Windows 2012 standard vm. I continually switch between these full screen VMs and the OSX desktop. Every short while I notice that my mouse wheel will stop working on a Windows desktop. As a work around, I mouse up to expose the OSX menu bar and click on it then re-focus on the Windows desktop. This is slightly annoying. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.
Yes I also experience this with Windows 7 x64 and Windows 2008 R2 x64 it doesn't matter if they are full screen or not. The scrolling seems to be okay until I actually click into the edit window (VS2010 here). Then it won't scroll until I do your trick with the menu bar. But I only get this behavior with both VM's running. If I run them separately, I don't get the scrolling issue.
