Hi tgoy99, 1) Boot your Virtual Machine in safe mode. Please follow the steps in this link: http://kb.parallels.com/118732 to know how to boot Virtual Machine in safe mode. 2) Once you logged in to Windows safe mode, follow the steps provided at: http://kb.parallels.com/113823 If the issue still persists, please follow the steps below: Shut down your Windows, Go to Virtual Machine config (http://kb.parallels.com/117287) > General > Increase the RAM to 2GB (If you have more than 4GB of RAM on Mac side). Increase the Video Memory, Go to Hardware > Video > Increase the Video Memory to 512MB. Change the 3D acceleration to Direct X 9/ Direct X 10.
