I recently upgraded my Intel Mac from 10.6.8 to 10.9.5. Is Parallels 10 my best choice for replacement of Parallels 7.0? Will 10 be able to use the Windows XP I previously used to access my Window files? Will this also allow me to used my 'old' 2004 Microsoft Office where I have all my useful files (i.e.. passwords, hobby collections, etc)? Thanks, I failed to realize Parallels 7.0 would not work with 10.9.5.

When looking at the supported guest OSs for Parallels 10, I see 32 bit OSs all the way back to Windows 3.11 and MS DOS 6.22. For 64 bit OSs it appears it will go back as far as Windows XP Professional SP2. For a complete list check out this link: http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/resources/ and expand the guest OS link
