Hello forum, we are hoping we can find some help here. We have an osx vm running as a guest on a late 2012 mac mini with 8 gigs ram. The VM is kernel panicing a few times a day and have read that this has been an issue before due to usb port issues in Parallels 8 and 9. Perform ACL permission repair : http://kb.parallels.com/en/120432 3. Reinstall Parallels Desktop. Let us know how it goes.
