Sage software won't install

    I'm trying to install Sage Instant Accounts s/w in Parallels. The initial splash screen starts up. I click 'install Sage Instant Accounts' as I would in windows and then the screen shuts. This worked on my old windows PC.

    I have similar problems with Sage Instant Accounts 50 (v21) and Parallels Desktop 10. I can install Sage and it initially works immediately after installation. However, if I then close the application and reopen I then can't progress any further than the 'Select company' window. If I select any data file (our company, practice or demonstration) and click OK the Sage application shuts down.

    I spoke to Sage via our Sage cover and was informed that they don't support Parallels, the only officially supported 'Mac' version is therefore via Bootcamp unfortunately. Very frustrating given that that was one of our main reasons for using Parallels.
