    Hi,
I run PD version 9.0.24251 on Mac OS Yosemite, but had the same problem on OS Maverick. I have virtual Win 7 Enterprise and the starting time of Windows in Parallels is about 2 minutes each time. Previously I run the same version of Windows on Oracle VirtualBox a it started there within 20 seconds...
HW is Macbook Air 2012 with 240GB SSD.
I tried to change memory allocation, disc space allocation, video memory allocation, but for every different settings the starting time remained the same, always about 2 minutes. Why?

    Hello RadekS1,
Could you please perform Windows clean boot as suggested at http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135 and check if the issue still persisting.
Note: we should not remove Parallels Tools process from services or from Start up items,

    Hi Ram,

I have tried he clean boot as suggested, but the problem persists. Actually what lasts so long is the screen with BIOS information, it is shown for 2 minutes. Once it disappears, the remaining time till windows fully started is relatively short.

    Hello Ram,
this option (select boot device on start up) was not checked either. To be sure, I checked and unchecked again, but no positive change happened...
