    Hello,

I run Parallels 10 on the latest patch with Windows 8.1update1 and Lync 2013. Using either a pure 3.5 mic/headphone jack or a fully fledged Jabra USB Headset I have the following experience.

In Lync the Audio tests in the Options menu are completely successful.
On making a Telephone call to any sort of mobile or land line the dial tone and ringing can be heard with no issues. However the instant the call turns to a 'connected' state all Mic and Phones audio goes silent. The call receiver confirms the answered the call and spoke but nothing can be heard.

As this is an issue with both the standard audio device/card using the audio jack headset and a USB attached sound device this seems to be an issue with the way Lync and Parallels play with the connected call part of the software.

Can this be fixed at the parallels end? or is it a Lync issue?

    Many thanks.

I haven't tried a Bluetooth headset yet. I'll have a go tomorrow and post back.
