    Hello --

I have an encrypted disk image in ~/Pictures that Parallels is attempting to mount every time I start up a VM in Parallels 10.2.0 on a MacBook Pro running Mac OS Yosemite 10.10.3. It is not connected to any VM and it is not causing problems, but it is very annoying to have to dismiss the password window every time I start up a Parallels VM. Just started happening on both Windows and Linux VMs. Any ideas?

    Hi JMeyer,
Please follow the steps given below and check how it works :
    • Open Virtual Machine window (Do not click Start).
    • Uncheck "Shortcuts to virtual disks on Mac Desktop" option.

As I said, this MacOS sparse bundle is not associated with the VM in any way. It is an unrelated disk image that is just opening every time a VM is launched.
