Hi, I've been using BetterTouchTool's Windows 7 Aero style snapping plus Parallels 9 for years, and never had any trouble maximizing or tiling my VMs with its snapping features. Parallels always nicely and quickly re-drew my VM in the correct resolution very quickly. Yesterday I upgraded to Parallels 10, and now I can't get the BTT snapping to work at all. Has anyone found a workaround for this, or has parallels just started drawing very non-standard windows to screen? Every other application I use (Firefox, Chrome, iTunes, etc) all snap OK. It is just odd to me because the Parallels VM windows are still re-sizable by click-dragging the bottom-right corner...
Hi Rob, Please submit a Problem Report ID http://kb.parallels.com/9058 and provide us the ID number here to investigate further on this issue.
Hi Manoj. I went ahead and did what you requested and generated a Report ID: 59223557. I don't think this is necessarily a *bug* with your software though, just a change in it. If you (or anyone else) can find a way to make it play nice with BetterTouchTool's Win7 Style snapping feature though, I would very much appreciate this.
Just piling on. Indeed, the Better Touch Tool 0.9995 window snapping feature is no longer functional after upgrading from Parallels Desktop 9 to 10. Please fix.
