So - I rarely restart my MBP. and I don't know if this only happens when I do - but basically, I close all programs, and when I restart, and then go into parallels, win 7 VM, all the changes I've made in past two weeks are gone. Newest log file is from May 14th. Why would it lose data like this. Is it because it is put in suspended mode, and thus loses all data changes? No clue why it would do that, but it appears to be happening.. I'll try closing it down properly before I reboot next obviously. Should be a warning about there being no point to suspending the image since its not saved if rebooted, right?

    Hi Beta_larsentim,
In order to resolve the issue, try un-installing and re-installing Parallels Desktop 10 and check how it works.
To remove Parallels Desktop, refer to this article, http://kb.parallels.com/122653
To install Parallels Desktop, refer to this article, http://kb.parallels.com/122647

Note: Un-installing and re-installing Parallels Desktop will not affect the Virtual Machine

    Thanks for replying!
Okay - so are you saying it doesn't have to do with my suspending a windows VM (without properly shutting it down), and then rebooting my macbook -- thus losing the suspended data?

I "guessed" that was the issue, but was surprised it didn't warn you of such an issue. Even though it makes sense...
