    Hi,

I created a workflow that is started automatically as a service (can be found in the menu "finder/services/xxx")
I assigned a shortcut to this service and it works fine on mac os, but not in PD (windows 8.1).

    - The shortcut as seen in the attached png is ctrl+cmd+shift+5 (like mac os screenshot but with a 5)
    - When I do that on windows 8.1 through PD, it launches the fifth application of my windows 8.1 task bar. This means that it is windows shortcut that takes the lead over my mac os shortcut.
    - When I hit on windows 8.1 though PD ctrl+cmd+shift+4 to take screenshot using mac os, it doesn't launch the fourth application of the task bar, it triggers the screenshot feature of mac os, which means mac os shortcut takes the lead over windows shortcut.
    - This shows that there is a difference between a shortcut like the one from mac os screenshot and a shortcut from mac os services.
    - I also tried to assigne a mac os shortcut that isn't a windows shortcut, but it didn't work either.

Do you know how I can make services shortcut works in PD?

    Mac os: 10.10.3
    PD: 10.2.0
    Windows: 8.1

    Best regards
    Yoan

Hi @YoanN1 please try to set "Send system shortcuts" option (in Parallels Desktop preferences -> Shortcuts) to "Always".

    Hi Maria,

Thank you for trying to help me :)

My setting was set on "on condition"
I applied your settings modification and even grant PD access to my mac as asked by the system but it was actually worse ; even the "standard" shortcut like "ctrl+shit+command+4" for taking a standard screenshot needed now the release to mac os (ctrl+option) beforehand otherwise it was the windows shortcut for "ctrl+shit+command+4" that applied.
I also tried "never" but didn't work either.

You can give it a try by yourself:

    - The service I created is for handling screenshot downscale as with a retina screen, screenshots appear very big.
The solution come from this website: https://github.com/lanceli/downscale-retina-screenshot-service
    - Download this workflow : https://github.com/lanceli/downscale-retina-screenshot-service/archive/master.zip
    - Double click on downscale-retina-screenshot-service and install it
    - Assign the shortcut like in the screenshot in attachment
    - Give the shortcut a try on macos to be sure it works
    - Give it a try on PD and you will notice you always have to release to mac os to make the shortcut works (while you don't need to release with standard shortcut).

    Yoan.
