Dear Parallels, Can you please be smart about Snapshots and not pop up the alert to create a snapshot whilst i'm in the middle of typing / doing something. It's easy for you to monitor for inactivity and then wait for 5-10 seconds of inactivity before alerting user for make snapshot. You could also stop it whilst i'm in the middle of Skype calls which has been a problem one one time too. Many times it pop up alert when i'm in the middle of typing or doing something. It's quite annoying. I need snapshot because your software crashes but i don't need disturbing also. Thank you.
Hello, Could you plz try the steps given below and check it if helps. Open the Finder, and then click on Applications folder. Find Acronis True Image 2015 in the list, and then drag it to the Trash. Restart the Mac.
Hi Dishant, I tried that but Acronis wasn't there (and also checked spotlight search for it). I think i uninstalled it a long time ago.
Yes Maria, my message is the problem that comes from Automated Snapshot Creation. It is not intelligent to detect the user is busy/in the middle of typing and it interrupts their work. Please read my first message.
