I just installed Parallels 10 onto an iMac running 10.10.3 and I can;t see the Mac folders from Explorer. Tried all of the suggestions in the Help FAQ - chose All folders when I singled, then also set up some custom folders to share. but none of the above appear in the Explorer window under Network as expected - rebooted Win and Mac both. Also, didn't find the Help advice too helpful - says to pick on the "Actions" option in the "Mac menu" to manually install Tools- what Mac menu would that be?
    Any suggestions?
And how can I tell if Tools is actually running?
    Thanks,
    Dennis

    Hi Dennism1,
If you would like to explore Mac network folder under Network devices, Please check to see which networking mode is selected, Shared or Bridged. Try switching between the two, then switching back: Go to Devices->Network 1->Bridged->Default

Thanks. A tech guy called and it turns out the install failed, as it did with PD7 and PD9 on different machines. I hope Engineering will take a good look at their installer.
