Our main office application is unix with a windows front end. We used the Parallels import facility to transfer a mirror image of my old Toshiba to the new Mac and everything works apart from our unix application which gives an error message of 'permission denied' at the login stage. Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Robin

    Hi Robin,
Please uninstall & re-install the application on Unix and check how it works. If still same issue persists, please submit a Problem Report ID http://kb.parallels.com/9058 and provide us the ID number here, we'll check it for you.

Unfortunately it's not an application that you install. Using my computer you locate the unix box and map your drive. That's it. The error message is generated by the unix application, not by Parallels. So the unix application doesn't like something in either the mirror image generated by Prallels or Parallels itself.
