Due to a lot of 'restore', timemachine, G-drive,which probably went not like it should be, i have vista 'C', vista 'C' copies, vista, vista.pvm copies, al around in my mac. I guess that is not the way it should be, it uses space of course and will probably slowing down my Mac in some sort of way,one thing is sure the backup of my system on G-drive is more GB than ever..... . How do i delete those multiple vista''s an vista.pvm's without hurting the current vista and vista.pvm?, which by the way is working fine, for now....

    Hi Edwinj,
When you go to your Documents on Mac and click on Parallels folder, you'll see your currently installed Virtual Machine's pvm with the exact name as it displays on the control center of your Parallels Desktop 10. Lets say that the name of your Virtual Machine is 'Windows vista', so when you got to Documents->Parallels you'll see Windows vista.pvm and that is the actual file that you'll need in order to run your Virtual Machine- 'Windows Vista'. The rest of the related pvm files and pvm copies can be deleted if their names do not match exactly with the Virtual Machine's name that you are currently using.
Note: Please do not delete the pvm file of the virtual machine that you are using on your Mac because that pvm file has your exact Windows and deleting that will mean that you have deleted the Virtual Machine itself.

It took me some time to figure it out,and a lot of shutting downs and starting ups but it is working now, but still i am not satisfied...

I guess something isn't like it should be. On my documents on Mac do i need to see, two hard drives, one 'HD' and one 'Vista' and besides that parallels desktop ' (C) Windows Vista(1) ? So 3 icons on my documents of Mac is what i see, my feeling is that isn't right. And here it comes, in 'HD' are 'HD1' and HD2','Vista' has also such a thing with double things in it....

It isn't right i think, although i checked my iMac with disk Utility which gave no problems,so how do i get my Mac back on track?
Unfortunately screenshots are not included, i use another keyboard than the Mac one....
