Will Parallels Desktop 8 be able to run a Windows 10 virtual machine?

    I'm running Mac OS 10.9.5 and Parallels Desktop 8 and want to know if it's safe to reserve Windows 10 or if I'll need to upgrade to Parallels Desktop 10 first.

    Hi Frank,
    As of now we have Windows 10 technical preview working fine on Parallels Desktop 10. We have experimental support for Windows 10 in Parallels Desktop 10 only.
    However we all are still waiting for the complete product to get launched by Microsoft. You can try to install it in your Parallels Desktop 8 also. But if you are willing to use Windows 10 then we would suggest you to upgrade Parallels Desktop 10 first.
