Hello I am unable to open programs with parallels 8 using windows xp after parallels is launched. When I click on an icon nothing happens? I have tried reclaiming space, ok and updated to the latest Parallels 8.0186, updated the latest tools and still I cannot open any programs. I was wondering if anyone has had the same problem as I don't know what to do from here. Thanks for any Help
@Gwen Nadin did you try to reinstall any of your program? Also do you have the same issue with Microsoft applications, for example Notepad.
Hello Maria Many thanks for your reply to my quest. I did manage to sort out my problem, I believe I had a virus on my pc side of my mac. I had gone away for a few days and left my computer on???? Grrrrr, forgot about it. I have now been able to open it and did a full system check. All good now, Thanks again Regards Gwen
