Problem for using alt on french keyboard

Dear All,
My setting is Macbook Pro retina 10.9.5 + Parallels desktop 10.1.3 (28868) + Windows 7

I have tried several things, and I cannot get the alt characters on the keyboard.
in any application : (keil, or terminal for example)
alt + 5 -> ( instead of {
alt +Maj + 5 -> 5 instead of [
What can I do ?

I have the same problem with german keyboard. The help file gives a solutuion which is wrong. It seems, the problem has no solution and is too small for the company to address it.
