I'm glad someone's is working. I have to ask, are you just very fortunate that your's is working well, or am I just extremely unfortunate that mine won't open at all? Two updates ago to El Capitan anytime I try to open parallels my MacBook and my Mac Mini both crash immediately. It won't open enough to get to config. I spent 4 hours on the phone with support yesterday and no one could figure anything out even with remote service. Any thoughts or suggestions? Am I the only one having this problem?
