I'm running Parallels for Mac version 9 and my Parallels folder is 114Gb while my hard drive allocation in Parallels is only 106Gb with ~41Gb used. I'm unable to reclaim any unused space after deleting SnapShots. When I select Reclaim, the process starts and abruptly terminates without any improvement.

Has anyone encountered this and been able to resolve or have a suggested solution?

    Hi JaysonS1,
Go to Virtual Machine menu -> Configure... > Security -> disable Undo Disks option if enabled and then try this article

Thanks for the response, however the Undo Disks option wasn't enabled and I had already tried the process listed in the linked article. Any other suggested solutions?

@JaysonS1 one more question to you, did you check the "detailed log message"? (Parallels Desktop -> Preferences -> Advanced).

No, but I went back and did check that box. Afterward, I attempted to both reclaim and compress the drive and neither were successful nor produced a pop up box or log that could be found.

Found this log in the Parallels package file. I attempted to Reclaim and then Compress the storage:
