I recently had to replace my hard drive on my Macbook Pro. I previously had Parallels 7 and hadn't used it for a while. I was having issues activating it so I figured it was probably time to upgrade to the latest version. I purchased the upgrade version of Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac. After installing, I enter the activation key for the new product and it is accepted. Then it asks me to confirm it with a key from previous version. Lucky for me, the key was still in my account when I logged in. I entered it but it's not giving me the option to activate but only to "Buy" or "Try Free for 14 days"
Can somebody please help me to get this activated. Thank you.

    Hi,

We would like to inform you that customers who are using Parallels Desktop 2/3/4/5/6/7/8 for Mac are not eligible for upgrade pricing for Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac.
Parallels stopped support and maintenance for Parallels Desktop 8 for Mac with the release of Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac
For more information on Parallels End-of-Life (EOL) Policy Statement please refer to the following KB article:
    http://kb.parallels.com/122643
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

The best way to resolve this issue is fully refund you for the purchase of the Parallels Desktop 11 and after that you will be able to buy the full license key.
Please confirm the refund and let us know if you have any additional questions.
