Installing Parallel Tools gets stuck at 97%

    I have a Snow Leopard Server 10.6.3 virtual machine on Parallels 11 running under 10.10.5. When trying to install Parallel Tools, the progress gets stuck at 97%.

    What do I do?

    @BillB1 please check the "Isolate Mac" in the VM configuration -> Security tab and then install Parallels Tools again.
