Parallels update failed.-

    I received an email with the upgrade offer my version to the 11 to 40 euros, I agreed to do it, do all the process and when I proceed to activate not work for me, searching the internet I see that as speak in forums not provided the upgrade from my version 11, you have to re-pay the full version. Why me ?, send the offer are not very smart.

    I ask me to cancel my purchase and repay the money.

    Parallels stopped support and maintenance for Parallels Desktop 8 for Mac with the release of Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac.
    To take advantage of all the new features of Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac, you will need to purchase a full copy of Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac on our website:
