I have a software that needs 2 ports forwarded in my router (701/702 TCP).
In Parallels i already have tried bridge networking and shared networking, but in both cases the software doesn't work either because the ports are closed.
The ports are open on the host OS on my Mac. Even in the router, the VM Ubuntu is recognized as the same machine as my Mac, so shared networking seems to be ok.
Is there something i'm missing with my configuration? I'm using Parallels 11.

You need Parallels 11 Pro now for port forwarding in Shared network. Should work in Bridged mode if you can configure the router, though ... check your firewall(s), UPnP settings and try with static IP instead.
