    Hi,

    I installed Windows 10 on my iMac without problem but I can't use Edge (no connection with any page) and I can't download the images of my email with Outlook. I tried to change my network configuration without success... can you help me please?

    @Lefuneste did you try to reinstall Parallels Tools and check the network connection with other apps or website?

    Yes, I try to reinstall Parallels Tools and Chrome works 100%. But when I tried to use Edge, I received a error message that told me that I am not connect to Internet.

    Please try this:
    1. Take a snapshot (Actions -> take a snapshot)
    2. click on Start and type in the "Search" box "cmd" -> on the top of the list please right click on the "Command prompt" and choose run as administrator
    3. In the Command prompt window please type the following command:

    CheckNetIsolation LoopbackExempt -a -n=Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe
    hit Enter

    4. Check the issue and provide us with the results.

    Hi Maria,
    I took a snapshot and entered the command in the command Window. I receive the message "OK" but Edge continues to not work.

    Hello, same problem here. CheckNetIsolation does not fix it. Also some other Windows apps like the store don't work. With Firefox or Chrome, no problem...

    Hi Pascal,

    I fixed the problem by cleaning the Windows registery with CCleaner.

    Hello together,

    I found the solution, seems to be an upgrade bug by Microsoft:

    During the upgrade something changes the DNS Client services' startup type to disabled. Run command prompt as admin and the run services.msc. Locate DNS Client, double click and change Startup type to Automatic. Close right click and start the service.

    Cheers!
