Can I recover an individual Time Machine document from a Windows 7 VM ?

    Is it possible to recover an individual Time Machine document from a Windows 7 VM. If so, how would I do this?

    Suggestions greatly appreciated.

    Your question is a tad ambiguous. I'm assuming you mean you want to retrieve a Windows 7 VM file from a Time Machine backup of the Windows 7 VM. If this is the case, then what you will need to do is restore a complete copy of the Time Machine Windows 7 VM backup under a new name or directory to retrieve the Windows 7 file from that old VM.
