Cannot Install win 10 on parallels 11

    Hi guys I'm hoping you can help me i just bought win 10 today and also parallels 11 today, i went to install win 10 and almost straight away this has come up and i have no idea what to do.

    Hello DanielS5,
    Please follow the steps to fix the issue:
    1.Stop your virtual machine.
    2.Open your virtual machine's Configuration > Hardware > Boot Order > Uncheck "Use EFI Boot" option.
    3.Start your virtual machine.

    thanks for the reply, i tried to follow your steps how ever when i tried to change the settings it is blocked out and looks like this (see attached photo) so then i resume the virtual machine to try change the settings and it then says (see other photo).

    can't seem to work out what has gone wrong i don't even win 10 got to installing as i didn't have to put a product key in.

    Hi please try to add the following flag in the Boot flag box (VM configuration -> Hardware -> Boot order):

    vm.bios.efi=0
