USB drive problem

    My USB hard disk drive is assigned to the mac (el capitan). When I run parallels 11 with windows 10 I cannot access the USB drive (NTFS using Paragon) from the mac. After I shut down parallels then the USB drive can be accessed normally from the mac. If I assign the USB drive to Windows then it can be accessed normally from windows.

    Hello IoannisG, Please follow the steps mentioned below to fix this issue:
    1.Shut down the virtual machine.
    2.Open virtual machine configuration > Hardware tab > Boot order > Advanced settings > Boot flags > Copy and paste the following boot flag:
    devices.sfilter.enable=0
    3.Start the virtual machine and check the issue with USB 3.0 device.

    It did not help. The USB drive is not USB 3.0, is USB 2.0

    Today I first connected to the USB drive from the mac. Then I started parallels 11 and windows 10 and the USB drive stayed connected to the mac. So I think everything is fine now! Thanks a lot
