USB device on Parallels 11

Hi!

After upgrading to Parallels 11 i have real mess with USB devices on my Win7 VMs.

I have several USB2.0 devices connected to my iMac (OSX El Capitan) via powered hub. They are eTokens from bank accounts. That tokens are named like "Token JC #11". So, i had tokens from 11 to 15 connected to my VM. In Parallels 10 i was able to freely connect and disconnect them from my VM.

But after upgrade to Parallels 11 i have big problem: no matter which exact USB device you click in connection list - only device #13 is connected and disconnected. So i can not use my VM anymore - its really disappointing.

Please follow steps suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/123450 it might help you in resolving the issue and let us know if issue persist.

 

Sorry, but no - this does not helped.
All device can be mounted ok - but i can not manage them properly - they are messed in UI.
