    I installed Parallels Desktop 11 for MAC and created and activated my account but when I'll try to open the app and click the "Try Free for 14 days" button it says "Your MAC must be connected to the Internet to proceed". I'm connected to the internet and I have tried from different wireless networks and with/without cable.

    Thanks,
    -Petri

    Hi Manu,

    I don't have proxy in use and the hosts file does not contain any extra entries as you can see below:
    $ cat /etc/hosts
    ##
    # Host Database
    #
    # localhost is used to configure the loopback interface
    # when the system is booting. Do not change this entry.
    ##
    127.0.0.1 localhost
    255.255.255.255 broadcasthost
    ::1 localhost

    I downloaded and ran the "Fix hosts for PDfM.zip" but problem still exist.

    Thanks,
    -Petri

    Do you have any other issues with network on the Mac side?

    No other network issues on the Mac side. I have MacBook Pro (early 2015) with OS X El Capitan.
